Full Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Promoter: Republic Technologies (UK) Ltd, Sword House, Totteridge Rd, High Wycombe, Bucks HP13 6DG.
   2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18+, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with the running or marketing of the promotion.
   3. Entry Instructions: To enter, simply enter details into “Prize Draw” section of the Zig-Zag Live website, and select your preferred venue to win tickets to.
   4. Only one entry will be registered per person, irrespective of the number of times that the person enters the Prize Draw. Anyone found to be using multiple accounts or the same email address to enter more than once will be disqualified from the Prize Draw.
   5. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. Bulk entries, those submitted via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted.
   6. The prize is one pair of tickets to one of a select number of live shows at AMG venues across the UK. The Promoter cannot guarantee that your preferred show will be available- due to winners being drawn at random, your preferred show may have sold out.
   7. The prize is as stated and no cash or other prize alternative is available. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the entrant responsible for the email address to which the winning entry was registered. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
   8. Winner Selection: The Winners will be drawn at the Promoter’s discretion. The Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received for the Prize Draw.
   9. Winner Notification: The Winners will be notified (at the Promoter’s cost) by email by 17:00 on the day of the draw and will be required to respond via email before 10:00 the following business day confirming acceptance of the Prize and providing contact details including but not limited to: (i) Name, (ii) Guest’s name. In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact the Winners, or the Winners have not confirmed acceptance of the prizes within set time frame, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and offer it to alternative winner(s) selected at random from all remaining valid entries in the Prize Draw.
   10. The Competition will run continuously until the 26th of October 2021, with tickets being allocated to winners at various times throughout the promotional period at the Promoter’s discretion.
   11. Entries that are made after the 15th of September 2021 can only select gigs that take place until 31st of March 2022.
   12. The Winners and their guests must collect their tickets from the Box Office at the relevant venue on the day of the event, providing photographic ID at a time to be provided by the promoter.
   13. The result of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the Winners.
   14. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of any third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of such failure on the entrants.
   15. Personal details provided by the Winners will be retained until the completion of the event and will not be used for future competitions and marketing from the Promoter.
   16. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries/claims which fail to be registered in the Prize Draw or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever.
   17. The Winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with the Promotion with no recompense.
   18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details to ensure delivery of the Prize – and to refuse to award the prizes and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has won using fraudulent means.
   19. In the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
   20. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
   21. The promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
